Code of Conduct

This meeting is committed to supporting equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility for every one

of our participants and we are committed to maintaining a harassment- and discrimination-free

digital environment. By joining each zoom session of this meeting, you agree to the following

code of conduct:

As a participant and/or speaker in this meeting, I agree to treat all other participants with

respect regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual identity, age, parental

status, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, physical appearance, disability, religious

beliefs or lack therefore, educational background, socioeconomic background, career stage,

or military service.

Any questions, comments or behaviours that are reasonably assumed to have created an

environment that is hostile towards another participant or group are unacceptable and will lead to

the organisers taking appropriate action, including a formal warning to the offender and/or

expulsion from the session and future sessions of the meeting. If you are informed that your

actions have broken the code of conduct, you must stop your actions and/or behaviour

immediately.
